We are also looking for 1/2 SECRETARIES (one does agenda pre-meeting, one does minutes in meeting) to start in JULY ready to handover from our 2 secretaries who will leave in the summer when their children finish in year 4.
Please let me know if you would be willing to support us, the current team have other accountabilities already so if we aren’t able to find support it’s unlikely we will have the capacity to run these events which is a shame for both our school community and fundraising goals.

Christmas Fayre Help Needed!
CHRISTMAS FAYRE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!!
Hopefully you’ll have now seen the flyers about our Mulled Wine and Mince Pie stall at the Woburn Sands Christmas Fayre on Sunday 27th November. This is a great fundraising activity for the PTFA each year, enabling us to fund activities and resources for the school, and a really nice way to meet other parents and get into the Christmas spirit!
We are looking for Volunteers to help on the stall on the day. We have time slots from 11am until 5pm and your help would be greatly appreciated, so put on your Santa hat and join us for this fun event. A list is in school reception for you to sign up to help out.
If you are unable to help out, we are still looking for donations of mince pies and red wine at school reception and please come and support us on the day.

Mk Lightning
A big thank you to MK Lightning for having us on Saturday. Really good match and lots of Swallowfield families took advantage of the skating afterwards! The evening raised £388.50 for the PTFA
Y1 Coffee Afternoon
Thank you to everyone who came along to the Y1 coffee afternoon last week. We had lots of cake donations, a huge thank you to everyone that donated. A total of £127.50 was raised for Y1, which will be spent on dressing up costumes for the children.
