We are holding our first meeting of 2019 tonight – 7:30pm at the school. Please join us if you can.

Please can you support or lead one of our events?

For a variety of reasons a number of our regular event organisers aren’t able to do what they normally would. As a result we need people to lead the following events – we find events only tend to work well when one person takes overall accountability and then gathers helpers around them and split tasks and activities amongst them- Mother’s Day assemblies planning our offering and setting up helpers/ resources ready for each (March)
– Bingo (Feb/ March)
– Quiz (May)
– support for Niki to run April disco and sports day in summer
– any Mad about Harry activities which we will discuss tonight

We are also looking for 1/2 SECRETARIES (one does agenda pre-meeting, one does minutes in meeting) to start in JULY ready to handover from our 2 secretaries who will leave in the summer when their children finish in year 4.

Please let me know if you would be willing to support us, the current team have other accountabilities already so if we aren’t able to find support it’s unlikely we will have the capacity to run these events which is a shame for both our school community and fundraising goals.
