Swallowfield are sharing some of the poppies that we have painted at the Woburn Sands Exhibition commemorating 100 years since the end of World War 1. The exhibition is taking place today in the Ellen Petit Memorial Hall in the High Street. You will also be able to see them after the parade tomorrow morning.
Anti-Bullying Week and Children in Need
Next week we will be completing many activities during 12th-16th November for Anti-Bullying Week. Please see the letter coming out on Wednesday 7th November to describe this.
On Friday 16th November we will be supporting Children in Need and a letter will be coming out on Tuesday 6th November to detail this event. Many thanks.
Parent and Carer Talks-The World at Work
Thank you to all those parents and carers who were able to take part in our ‘World at Work’ talks last week. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learnt a great deal about life at work. We were lucky enough to have at least five talks per day and each adult visited two classes talking about a wide range of skills. We look forward to sharing this initiative again with you in the future.
