Activity Passport
Please see below the ‘Swallowfield Activity Passport’. The passport contains a selection of activities for the children to do before they leave Swallowfield which have been divided up into year groups. It is intended that each academic year, the children will aim to complete all of the activities on the relevant year group list. Each time the children complete one of the activities it can be ticked off and dated. When the children have completed all twenty activities in the relevant year group they can bring their activity passport into school to show their teacher or you can upload a photo to Google Classroom. They will then be awarded a year group certificate.
We hope that the children enjoy taking part in the different activities and look forward to hearing about their experiences.
